Can the same eSIM be topped up?

Yes. Every South East Asia plan supports top-ups on the same eSIM, up to 9 times, from your company account.

Does the eSIM come with a phone number?

No. It is data only, and the traveller's main line stays on the phone as it is.

When must the eSIM be installed?

Within 180 days of purchase. The plan's validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network.

Can an eSIM be refunded?

Only before it is installed. Plans that cannot be refunded are labelled on the plan.

How do I see prices for my company?
