How it works
From sign-up to your traveller's phone in four steps
Every step happens in your company account, with no coding or integration.
01 Register your company
With your work email and a confirmation link. After that, you sign in with a code sent to your email, no password.
02 Choose destination and plan
Set the quantity, add each traveller's name or booking reference, and pick the days on daily plans. One order can hold several plans.
03 Pay and receive
Pay for the order. Once payment is confirmed, the eSIMs are ready in your account within seconds.
04 Send and follow up
Send the traveller a WhatsApp link or a PDF voucher, then track usage and top up when needed.

Do I need technical skills or an integration?
No. Everything happens in your company account on the site: you order, receive, send and track the eSIMs there.
How do I see prices?
Each company has its own price, shown after you register and sign in. You decide what you charge your client.
Is there a minimum order or a prepaid balance?
No. Order one eSIM or many, and pay for each order separately. Once payment is confirmed, the eSIMs are ready within seconds.
How does the eSIM reach the traveller?
You send a WhatsApp link that opens without sign-in, or a PDF voucher, in Arabic or English. The traveller page and voucher show your company's name and logo. The QR code and install codes also stay in your account.
Which phones does it work on?
Phones that support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked. Check the traveller's phone before ordering; the Compatibility & setup page shows how.
Does the traveller get a phone number?
No. The eSIM is data only, and the traveller's main line stays on the phone as it is.
When must the eSIM be installed?
Within 180 days of purchase.
Can I top up or get a refund?
Yes. Top-ups go on the same eSIM, up to 9 times, on plans that support them. You can request a refund before the eSIM is installed, except on plans labelled non-refundable.
