Does the eSIM come with a phone number?
No. It is data only, and the traveller's main line stays on the phone as it is.
When must the eSIM be installed?
Within 180 days of purchase. Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network, except on plans labelled as starting on installation or at purchase.
Can an eSIM be refunded?
Only before it is installed. Plans that cannot be refunded are labelled on the plan.
How do I see prices for my company?
