Can the same eSIM be topped up?

No. Plans for this destination do not support top-ups.

Does the eSIM come with a phone number?

No. It is data only, and the traveller's main line stays on the phone as it is.

When must the eSIM be installed?

Within 180 days of purchase. Each plan shows when its validity starts.

Can an eSIM be refunded?

Only before it is installed. Plans that cannot be refunded are labelled on the plan.

How do I see prices for my company?
