Refunds are only possible before installation. Plans that start on installation or at purchase, and all 100MB plans, are non-refundable.

It covers 20 destinations, including Australia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Macao and more. Each plan lists every country and its networks.

Do Asia plans support 5G?

Yes, 9 plans support 5G where the network is available. Each plan shows its speed.

Can the same eSIM be topped up?

Yes. Every Asia plan supports top-ups on the same eSIM, up to 9 times, from your company account.

Does the eSIM come with a phone number?

No. It is data only, and the traveller's main line stays on the phone as it is.

When must the eSIM be installed?

Within 180 days of purchase. The plan's validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network.

Can an eSIM be refunded?

Only before it is installed. Plans that cannot be refunded are labelled on the plan.

How do I see prices for my company?

Prices are not shown to visitors. Register your company and sign in to see its own prices.

Does it work on every phone?
